You can make purchases online.
Since the card is a debit card, not a credit card, this imposes strong restrictions. Usually everywhere is online and a credit card is required to link the card.
After purchasing the card, you need to download the GC M. Wallet mobile app.
You can add cards and top up your cards there (for 1.5%).
