From Central
Central Ferry Pier No.3 中環3號渡輪碼頭 to Discovery Bay Ferry Pier Lantau
Central Ferry Pier No. 6 中環6號渡輪碼頭 to Mui Wo Ferry Pier Lantau 梅窩渡輪碼頭

From Tuen Mun Ferry Pier 屯門碼頭 to Tai O to Tuen Mun Ferry Lantau 大澳往屯門渡輪
From Cheung Chau Ferry Pier 長洲渡輪碼頭 to Mui Wo Pier lantau

You can get there by metro or by bus/car/taxi.

Personally, I visited Lantau for the first time in November 2014, and then more than 100 times already.
I took the ferry to Mui Wo Pier, then rented a bike and went to Silvermine Waterfall, then walked along Silvermine Bay Beach and took a taxi to the airport (flew to Shanghai).
