“Arriving in Hong Kong, we immediately took another Water Bus to Cheung Chau Island in Hong Kong.
Departure from Pier No. 5 in Hong Kong. The ticket costs about HKD 14

Last time we came to this island for the bun festival, but there was a downpour, we ate and left!
But this time everything worked out and we looked at the island.:

This time we visited many interesting places on the island.



I recommend Cheng Chau, it’s better than Lamma Island!

There is only one pier on Cheng Chau Island – Cheung Chau Ferry Pier 長洲渡輪碼頭

There is also the famous pirate cave Cheung Po Tsai Cave.
The pirate Cheung Po Tsai was born in Hong Kong and led a fleet of 1,200 ships and 50,000 people.
In 1809, a battle between him and the Portuguese took place here.
There was a huge queue of people who wanted to get into the cave, so we didn’t climb.
