The Hong Kong Fine Arts Center is located in Hong Kong Park, at 7A Kennedy Road above Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It was opened by Leung Ding-Bong, the then chairman of the city council, in 1992. The Center encourages the creation of local art.
