The beach is located in the southeast of Hong Kong Island.
It is relatively small and covered with fine light sand. The only drawback of the beach is the driveway, which is only 50 meters away. The water near the beach is very clean, almost transparent. The beach is protected from the bay by an anti-shark net. Professional rescuers are constantly on shore from April to October during the day. The beach facilities include showers, toilets, changing cabins, a small children’s playground and a barbecue area.
The beach is 100 m long and 30 m wide.

How to get there?
Minibuses 16A, 16M and 16X to the bus stop «Turtle Cove‎» (龜背灣)
Buses 14 and 314 to the bus stop «Turtle Cove; Tai Tam Road‎» (龜背灣; 大潭道)
From the bus stops to the beach, you need to walk along the road Tai Tam Rd (大潭道) towards the sea, about 300 – 400 meters.
