The beach is located in a lagoon in the very south of Sharp Island in Hong Kong
It is quite wide and covered with almost snow-white sand. About a hundred meters from the shore there is a net that protects against shark attacks. There are toilets, showers, changing rooms, and a kiosk with snacks and soft drinks on the beach.
The water quality is good. According to statistics, a little over 1,000 people come here on weekends during the season, and about 350 on a regular weekday. Arriving, you will feel like you are on a tropical “banana island”, and not in the center of one of the most dynamically developing megacities in the world.

How to get there?
Sharp Island can only be reached by small boats from Sai Kung Market ferry pier (西貢公眾碼頭) or others. The island itself is about 3 km long, so you can easily walk around it.
