Although located quite far from the center of Hong Kong, this museum complex is very interesting – it includes 12 thematic galleries with extensive collections of art and culture objects from the entire history of Hong Kong and the entire South China region, plus several separate collections. It is especially worth noting the expositions dedicated to Cantonese opera and lithography and printing.
